Returns

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a specified timeframe.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged, Defective And Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective or an wrong item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will provide instructions on how to return the item, and upon receipt, we will process a replacement or issue a refund, including any applicable shipping costs.

Refused Orders

If either customer or shipping carrier refused the packages for any reasons, there will be a 15% return processing fee along with shipping charge being non refundable. If you received free shipping, we will deduct our cost of shipping the package from your refund.

Exceptions/ Non-Returnable Items

You may not return certain types of items like perishable goods(food, flowers or plants). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. You may not return ingestible items. This includes, but is not limited to, tinctures, edibles, cartridges, and batteries. Any item deemed consumable cannot be refunded.

Sale Items

We never accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Only regular priced items may be refunded.
